Elizabeth Ogunshola (PhD)

Elizabeth Ogunshola is well grounded in both the theory and practice school leadership and business.
She co-founded and is at the helm of affairs of leading and growing Brainy Hive Schools through multiple seasons of sporadic growth which sees the school grow by 100-150 new pupils every year for the last 4 years in a row.
She has a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Early Childhood Education and Special Education.
She has more than 20 years and her leadership experience is top notch, making her a sought after mentor by school owners across the country.
She’ll be the lead coach in the School Growth Journey

David Ogunshola

David Ogunshola is a multi-talented strategist whose insight and business acumen cut across software, technology, education, business and leadership.
David has a B.Sc in Computer Science, M.A in Organizational Leadership and M.Ed in STEM Education. He is the co-founder and program strategist at Brainy Hive Schools.
He is the Founder of EarlyFounders Labs, an innovation, coding and startup school for children, the creator of the Pathway to Innovation curriculum and the author of Early Coding for Kids currently used in schools in different countries.
David will bring strategic insight, IT expertise and many years of consulting and business experience to help you break barriers limiting your school’s growth and help you achieve global competitiveness.
